Only solid waste items are permitted into dumpsters. Items that are NOT permitted are radioactive, volatile, highly flammable, explosive, biomedical, infectious, toxic or hazardous materials. No free liquids of any kind are allowed in the dumpster. Additional requirements may apply based upon locality. Liability for appropriate waste remains with the customer as agreed to in the terms and conditions of your contract.

It is not necessary to have someone on site. Our drivers are experienced professionals. Unless you provide precise placement instructions, our driver will use his best judgment and place the dumpster in the safest accessible area. Please note that if an onsite contact is not available for delivery, you will be responsible for all charges involved with relocation of the dumpster should it be necessary. Also, if our driver comes for removal and you are not ready for your dumpster to be picked up, we will charge an additional fee for wait time or a second trip.
To guarantee clearance during delivery and pick up, you should provide a space for the dumpster that will accommodate double the amount of the width and height of the dumpster. If you want to place the dumpster on the street, please check with your local municipality, as permits may be required. If we are placing on a surface such as a driveway or pavement, we strongly recommend that you protect it with a 4′ x 8′ sheet of plywood. You must also make sure that access to the drop-off location is strong enough to endure the weight of our equipment and the vehicle required to perform the contracted service. The customer assumes all liabilities for damages to private driving surfaces, pavement or road surfaces and entire dumpster placement site. Mighty Haul will not be responsible for any damages to any private driving surface, pavement or accompanying subsurface of any route associated to perform the service that was contracted.

If our dumpster is not accessible, you will be charged additional pick-up fees. If our driver comes for removal and you are not ready for your dumpster to be picked up, we will charge an additional fee for wait time or a second trip. There is an additional charge for keeping the dumpster longer than designated in your order.
Rush or emergency services will be based upon location and availability. We will try to accommodate your request, but our policy is to require order placement at least one business day in advance to allow for processing.
You can add additional hauls to your order, but you will be charged the full initial quoted amount for each additional haul.
Please have your contract available for any changes to your order, including changes in dumpster size, or location or date of delivery or pickup. If location is changing, please have the new service address, as well as directions and contact information, for the location change. Allow at least one business day for processing any changes or cancellations. Changes and cancellations may incur fees as contract terms and conditions apply.

Drop Empty Yard: swap out full dumpster with empty dumpster, then bring empty dumpster to the landfill
Empty Return: dump full dumpster at landfill and return empty dumpster to customer site
Final: Remove dumpster
Relocate: move dumpster to another location at that site
